Here comes an oldie but goodie! One of our favorite shoots to date because of the huge blooms and amazing colors. Our inspiration begins up on Mount Diablo in the Walnut Creek hills.  With incredible views of the Bay Area, we wanted to showcase the gorgeous views at both the ceremony and reception spaces, and bring in major boho vibes, because who says a wedding at a ranch has to be rustic?! 

Planning styled shoots is always so much fun — the ideas and possibilities that flow through your head seem endless, and somehow you have to wrangle them up, and determine a strong direction for the shoot to ensure cohesion and a beautiful result

This year has been flying by, I can’t believe it is already the last day in May!  Back in the off season, I told myself I would get so much done for our wedding and share more about our journey and process, but lo and behold, time escaped me and I have regretfully been terrible about blogging more about my own journey as a wedding planner planning my wedding. 

We had the pleasure of working with Amsale to showcase their Nouvelle Bridesmaids line.  We played with beautiful color tones and dress styles that would work for so many weddings! It can be difficult to find dresses that work for your whole crew, but these dresses and the easy color palette make it simple to find something that works for various body types and color tones. When your favorite photographers from Nebraska come in town, you plan and design an epically edgy and modern San Francisco wedding inspiration shoot at the Conservatory of Flowers.  San Francisco weddings are always so incredible – ranging from free spirited bohemian to upscale and classy affairs.  We chose the more modern and edgy fashion-forward vibe San Francisco has to offer when styling the bride and groom.
