It’s always extra special when a couple decided to get married at one of their childhood homes. The groom grew up in Woodside, and his parent’s property was the most beautiful setting for Masha and Thomas to say their “I Do’s”.

M+T are one of those couples you meet and you instantly know they couldn’t be more perfect of a match for each other.  As individuals, they are both driven to succeed, dedicated to their dreams and very kind and loyal to everyone they meet.   Masha ran track at UC Berkeley, where I met her when she taught my high school track team one season.  She was quickly everyone’s favorite coach as she was approachable, hilarious, and encouraging.  Meanwhile, Thomas was playing water polo at UCLA – cleary, they are a very athletic couple.  They are both very close with their families, and it was apparent how much they took their family’s comfort into consideration while planning – Masha was born in Siberia and had many relatives coming from Israel and Russia who had never seen an American-style wedding before. They have traveled the world together, which was a theme woven throughout their day. I couldn’t be more happy these two have found each other – their love is infectious and you can’t help but smile seeing the joy they bring one another.
